REL was appointed to carry out the electrical works for a new 5,200 sq m University Technical College (UTC) at the Ebury Centre, a £35m mixed used scheme in London which was built for developer Linkcity.
The UTC provides space for 550 pupils and includes workshops for engineering, gym and sports facilities and a large outdoor terrace.
Project summary:
Installation of all electrical services, including power, lighting, security systems and access control
Installation of 120 solar panels on the roof
Electrical elements all designed to meet high environmental targets as the UTC has been designed to meet the BREEAM Excellent standard
